Our tour is to have several locations where we get out of the bus to see and hear about specific sites. The first of these is the Dakota Building, the home of John and Yoko Lennon. This building is the most prestigious piece of real estate in NYC. They owned and lived on the 7th floor…the entire floor. Yoko still lives there although she has sold part of it. On Dec. 8, 1980 John was killed as he entered the front door. Across the street is a section of Central Park called Strawberry Fields and is a memorial to John Lennon
